| Summary, etc | Obsessions, compulsions and related phenomena occur across a wide spectrum of neuropsychiatric disorders. The boundaries between obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other psychopathological phenomena, such as delusions, impulsions and habits, remain unclear.
